“AFSCME Michigan’s Political Action Committee PEOPLE (Public Employees Organized to Promote Legislative Equality) and AFSCME leaders from across the state of Michigan have begun our 2026 endorsement process. 

If you are seeking the endorsement of AFSCME Michigan’s more than 40,000 active and retired members and their families across the state, please complete the requisite AFSCME state and local candidate questionnaire by clicking the button below.

All candidates seeking AFSCME’s endorsement must return a questionnaire. The deadline to submit the questionnaire to be considered for a 2026 pre-primary endorsement is Thursday, May 7, 2026.
